Guided School Package
£280 Per Group up to 40 Children
A fully guided educational farm visit designed to bring learning to life through hands-on animal encounters and interactive activities. Our visits are tailored to suit the age group and topics being covered in the classroom, creating a fun, engaging, and memorable experience for every pupil.

Guided Educational Farm Tour
Pupils will enjoy a guided tour around both our large and small animal areas, learning about animal care, habitats, farming, diets, and daily life on the farm. Sessions are delivered at an age-appropriate level and can be adapted to support classroom topics and curriculum objectives.
Hands-On Animal Encounters
Children will have the opportunity to meet, stroke, feed, and interact with a variety of friendly farm animals in a safe and structured environment. These interactive experiences encourage curiosity, confidence, empathy, and engagement.
Small Animal Experience
Pupils can meet some of the farm’s smaller residents, including rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small animals. This calm and sensory experience is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Animal Feed for Every Child
Each participating child will receive a portion of animal feed to use during their visit, giving them the chance to hand-feed selected farm animals and enjoy a memorable hands-on experience.
Curriculum-Linked Learning
Our visits can support a wide range of curriculum topics including Science, seasonal changes, habitats, life cycles, farming, and animal welfare. Staff are happy to include classroom-linked topics wherever possible.
Indoor/Outdoor Play Area Access
All visiting groups receive access to our outdoor play area, allowing pupils time for supervised free play alongside their educational activities.
Dedicated Staff Support
Your visit will be supported by experienced farm staff who will guide activities, encourage participation, answer questions, and ensure the visit runs smoothly and safely.
Packed Lunch Area
A covered patio lunch area is available for schools wishing to eat lunch on site. Please request this when booking, as availability may vary.
Free Adult Places
We provide free adult places to support supervision during your visit. Additional support carers are also welcome free of charge where required.
Optional Extras:
Tractor Ride Experience – £1 Per Child
Add even more fun to your school visit with a tractor ride around the farm for just £1 per child. This optional extra gives pupils the chance to enjoy a memorable farm experience while exploring more of the farm surroundings.

Free Return Voucher for Every Child

Pupils can take part in our scheduled animal activities running throughout the day alongside other visitors. These may include feeding sessions, animal talks, and petting opportunities, creating fun and interactive learning experiences.

Terms & Conditions – School Visits
Your school visit is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

Once your booking has been confirmed, an invoice will be issued for the full balance.

Payment must be made within 2 weeks of the invoice date and always prior to your visit date.

Bookings with unpaid or overdue invoices may be cancelled if payment has not been received and no prior contact has been made with our team.

Guided School Visits

Morning guided visits run from 10:00am – 12:00pm
- Schools are welcome to remain on site until 12:30pm to enjoy lunch. -
Afternoon guided visits run from 12:30pm – 2:30pm
- Schools are welcome to arrive from 11:45am to enjoy lunch before the visit
begins.
Self-Guided School Visits

For self-guided visits, the farm is open from 11:00am – 2:30pm, and groups are welcome to
explore and stay for as long as they wish during opening hours. -
Please ensure your group arrives promptly, as activities and visit schedules will begin at the
allocated booking time even if the group arrives late.

All adults are free on guided visits

1 free adult place for every 6 pupils on self-guided visits
Pupils requiring additional support are entitled to one registered carer place free of charge with valid supporting ID.
Any additional adults or guests will be charged at the standard admission rate.-
School visits operate in all weather conditions. Please ensure pupils and staff are dressed appropriately for outdoor activities, including suitable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing.
All school groups must follow our Health & Safety guidance and Code of Conduct during their visit.
Any mistreatment of staff, animals, facilities, or other visitors may result in immediate removal from the farm without refund.Once your booking is confirmed, your visit schedule and any supporting documents will be made available to you. Please note that schedules may occasionally be subject to change without notice.

Payments are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your visit due to extreme weather, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer either:

We hold full Public Liability Insurance for all farm activities.
Schools and group organisers remain responsible for:

Ensuring suitable adult-to-child supervision ratios
