Stable management courses

Reddish Vale Farm Riding Stables runs stable management courses throughout the school holidays. These courses are open to children of all ages and abilities, and our qualified instructors are always on hand to provide constant supervision and assistance.

Stable Management includes a 1 hour riding lesson in the ménage (or a walkout for smaller children if more appropriate), practical stable

duties, a lunch break, a theory lecture, and finally fun and games to finish the day off.

What to wear

They should arrive suitably dressed, in long trousers, wellies or riding boots, a T shirt/jumper and a rain mac if the weather is unsettled.

The children may bring a packed lunch, or eat a meal

in the Tea Rooms ordered by their parents upon arrival.
